90 250 rebuild.
« on: December 20, 2014, 05:19:19 pm »
Hey guys I'm finally starting my rebuild. I just got the cases back from Jerry, and so far I seem to have lost the pictures that I took when I tore it down. so that being said I need some help. I cant for the life of me remember how the shift forks go back on. and its possible that I'm missing something else as well. Here is a pic of where I'm currently at.

Also I am missing two bearings, the Driveshaft bearing PART#  09922-55131 and Countershaft bearing # 09914-79610, which are shown missing in the second picture. Does anyone have some spares or know of a place that I could purchase these individually?

Thanks, I'll be using this thread during my rebuild process. Should be fun as this is the first bike motor I've worked on.
