If you start up the quad can you flip the choke on and see if it revs up better.Almost sounds like its not getting fuel when you try giving it gas in the first video.Just curious,is that fuel filter on the correct way?Also noy part of your problem but you should get a better coupler for the pipe to silencer connection.A piece of rad hose the correct size and a couple clamps works great.
