UPDATE
I put in my other clutch discs and they're not bound together so that's good. Although, I'm having a heck of a time getting the clutch pull adjusted correctly.
I put the clip for the needle jet in the 2nd slot from the top.
Also adjusted the float level as it was quite a bit off.
The air screw was 1.5 turns out per the manual but it seems to rev better at .5 turns out...Is this indicative of anything?
The big problem is that it continues to die under load. It will kick over just fine and idle decently. The revving still stutters as I get it up to 1/2 throttle or so. Once it gets there it just kinda bounces like it's hitting a rev limiter.
As soon as I try to put it in gear it dies. If I get beside it and push and let out the clutch it'll roll but once I hop on it bogs and dies. My guess is crank seals or a leak in the case somewhere. Any thoughts to confirm or deny this?
Here are a couple pics of the plug. The first one is after I cleaned it (it's essentially brand new, just a couple years old) and the second is after I revved the motor for a few minutes and 'bumped the limiter'. Kinda hard to tell in the pics, but it's a little wet.
