Try to ebay or ask on here for a airbox and tube.

Sounds like the clutch is NOT disengaging at all. Those plates might be locked up from sitting for so long. You might try to disassemble the clutch and soak them in some new tranny fluid.

You cant work on the jetting issues until you get a functioning transmission.
