Not many made, not a lot out there. Have you contacted Robert (DRQ) to see if and when he plans on making more.   drqperformance@yahoo.com.

Save your pennies, buy an HPR pipe and be way happier than shiny, cracking junk. If you really want a Q pipe call matt shearer he is the one that actually makes them and designs them. Q is a leach, matt will build you the good version  S~ S~ S~  http://www.shearerpipes.com/

BMR Mat will not do an in frame pipe for the Zilla I asked and hounded him about it before buying my used Q v1 pipe. I'd say save and buy a HPR or get TE Q v1 oneshotkyle is selling for $400.

Keep in mind what type of riding you will be doing. The V1 is pretty high strung, honestly. I greatly prefer the power delivery the V2 produces.

If you are just duning, you will probably be happy with the V1 or 2. If you ride any tight technical areas, the V2 (or HPR 19) would probably be more manageable (fun.)

I spoke with Matt about the V2 production a couple weeks ago. Nothing was in work on a second batch at that time. It could be a while before you see Q selling them again... Who knows.

Are there dyno comparisons between the two pipes?

look in the dyno section in the forums, pretty sure lots of info on all the "heavy hitter" pipes.

The V2 pipe is a nice improvement over the V1.  It kills it in the low to mid range.

The difference is quite noticeable.  I spend most of my time riding in the low and mid range so that is where I want the power.  I don't care if it pulls to 9k.  The fun play riding I like happens in the mid-range...  Brutal acceleration is more fun than top speed for me!!

Email Q and ask him his plans and timing.  On his first batch I got on a list and he called me when available.

I had a V1 and now a V2. Both are good pipes for big Zilla power. The V2 power curve is my style as mentioned above.  S~

Man there hasn't been much pipe talk around here lately.

FMF - FTW!!!

That isn't a bad thing unless there is something constructive to discuss.

I would be interested in your Paul Turner for my trail/play 87' Zilla. You'll like that Q pipe too much to keep the PT.

Agreed, The PT is a good pipe, but really not in the same league as a Q V1, That is what I had before I got the Q V1. The bike was soo much faster with the V1 I was totally blown away, much faster, much more powerful over the PT. The PT is pretty good for trails, just a little soft off the bottom.

Guess I,ll find out at some point.
