It came off an 88' lt250r that I've never drove. Just pulled it off and offered it for sale, I have no idea what pins you are talking about. I'd rather not mess with mechanic work. I hate doing it, and my ribs are fri king bruised. He'll it hurts to breath. I can have my wife ship them to ya Michael on Monday and then you can look it over and mess with it. If they turn out to be useable you can make payment. I'm just not in a good way right now and can't mess with it.
Sorry, I meant to add $20+ ride sound good?
the pins hold the pads in place.
Are the 2 bolts with an 8 on them the pins that hold the pads in?
thats them, there are only a few threads that hold them in place, then the rest is the pin.
take them out and see if the pads slots wore them out. very easy fix, just 2 new bolts. or who ever buys it
can use there bolts from there caliaper
or the brake caliaper support can be worn letting the caliaper turn some when brakes are applied.
Brake caliper mailed. Priority was only a dollar more, so my wife paid it. Should be there in 2 days.
Now I need help identifying these bearings and in I do not have a micrometer to find out the sizes. LOL that would be too easy.
The file sizes are too large to post in one post, and I can't resize them on my iPad.
Complete wheel bearing and seal set
For the two front wheels? And do all years use the same one?
The biggest bearings and seals are the rear wheel bearings and seals. They go in the bearing carrier in the swinger.
The medium sized bearings and seals go in the in-board side of te front hubs.
The smallest bearings and seals go in the out-board side of the front hubs.
I think all years use the same bearings but I could be wrong.
