Yeah I know , I'm in process of getting into a house, had one for abt 6 years and the landlord was a good friend of mine , her an her husband remolded it an i did damn near all the demo an some instal to help keep cost down an long story short , her husband passed , an was gunna sell me the house, then a year later she remarried and her new ass of a husband caused a bunch of problems an I had to leave after 6 years of a great renter, yards an inside were perfect! So now I live in a not so nice appartment , saving money to buy one an hope to find one soon! Haven't had a garage in over a year and a half! I'm going nuts! I have a project ski boat, gotta do the stringers both main an secondary's an new floor an update interior

, selln all unnessary stuff to make this happen!
