I sent glamisrider a pm with the specifics of warranty, I've tried to post it 3 times and it wouldn't load for some reason, but now its ok.

hey man, sorry for the late reply to your warranty question. I've tried to reply back to your question but all I get is a loading message and it won't ever finish loading. I've tried 3 times now, but with the tornados and clean up here I've been off forums for a couple weeks.


Warranty is this, i will warranty the led's and anything tied to the led's working. I won't warranty the housing, endcaps, brackets, paint/powder etc. and here is why.
I had a guy order one and flipped his jeep, and wanted me to send him a  replacement. Sorry but if you flip or roll your vehicle, not much I can do for you. If it stops working, you bet I got another one on the way.
If you break an endcap, or a bracket and I have spares, I send them for free, even ship them on my dime.
I had a dumbass plug his light into a wall socket because it is "too cold outside", well yeah dumb ass can't warranty that.
I tried to protect myself from the idiots of the world that are looking for someone to fix their screw up.
I have yet to have any issues, and have yet to turn down a guy who needed parts, even the ones who don't buy from me get free replacement parts if I have them, just as a service.

Looks like the warranty policy does not cover being a "dumb a$$" but other than that we're good to go
