• I use 1/8" aluminum shims that I stack between the carrier and rear most part of the swinger to keep the 91-92 axle straight. I haven't thrown a chain since.

• Looks like the front left bolt holding the carrier in place is loose?If so the twisting could easily break the rear plate and cause slack/misalignment in the chain.

• My carrier used to work loose with washers... until I replaced them with the OEM bolts.

• Something torqued the carrier forward on the left side. You can see where the stud broke it started to take the thread with it. I wonder it you picked up a rock in between the chain and sprocket.....?

• I'd have to speculate with Gillio something got up in there. Need a skid plate if you're gonna be running that fast through bumps and rocks. At high speeds it don't take much to cause some flex or movement in there.

• Running in the rocky terrain without a skid plate is asking for trouble. A rock could have done this, no doubt.

• I looked over everything today. All bolts were tight. Something must have gotten in between the chain and sprocket don't see any marks on the sprocket though . Looking at some PRM skid-plates

• Watching the video, it looked like right after the rocks on the trail it spit the chain off/ broke the adjuster stud & plate....
  
  Those adjustment studs are vulnerable even with a skid plate. I thought I was the only one with that kind of luck

• Well, I will try to get it fixed up by the weekend with all OEM bolts and hope it doesn't happen again.  If it does the swing arm is getting chucked.

• Is your swingarm bearings good. I had the bearing on the chain side go bad and it was kicking my chain off.

• Everything is new and everything was is place LOL. Yes the chain rollers are in place.
