ok so i finally got a quadracer after riding my buddys all summer and the clutch comes out really slow so it revs up real high when i try an shift fast any help ?
have you tried adjusting it at the bars and at the clutch side cover? if so with no results... winter is here and you need to open her up and inspect the clutch
could be an adjustment issue or the clutch plates/springs are worn out.
hey lt500kid, just bc its winter doesnt mean you have to stop riding

We switch to snowmobiles here.... 2 strokes all year...
Like others said if adjusting doesn,t help likely have to open it up.Alot of these old quads the clutch basket is usually toast as well if it hasn,t been changed.
Take the clutch cable off and see if there is any resistance in it. the cable should slide freely, if not try lubing it with WD 40 or a silicone penetrating oil. It need to be thin and not get stick or thicken when it drys or gets cold. A slow release is most likely in the cable unless the basket is grooved very badly.
