• ok so i was taking the cylinder off and i took the powervalve bolt off and the washer went into bottem end -__- what do i have to do to get it out ?

• Bottom end as in by the clutch or by the crank?

• Flip the quad upside down and shake it. If that doesn't work try a magnet on the end of a piece of thick copper strand wire.

• small magnet or take clutch cover off.
  if you can put a magnet on a string that should get it out.

• If its the right washer from factory.  It doesnt have any magnetic properties.  So you will have to take clutch cover off or split the cases.
