low compression

ok so i have a 91 lt250r and it had really low compression so i took the jug off and saw that i stuck a ring will that give it low compression ?
when in doubt braaaap it out

Can you further explain the stuck ring? Or better yet, can you post up pictures?

i can not get pics i already took the rings off but the top ring was melted on to the piston
when in doubt braaaap it out
