My uncle has a 92 lt250 and last time he rode it it ran perfect and he went to start it today and I won't start. He has low compression I think it was 90. How could it blow up when it's sitting there.
It wouldn't have blown up while sitting.
Your bike can feel and run like a beast when lean. Unfortunately it will often nuke your top end at the same time.
Best thing to do is inspect the top for wear and air leaks.
2 strokes are cheap and easy to rebuild.
he must of had it running really lean that is why it blew up
could have blown when trying to start it. Like broke a ring or something.
check the compression Wide open throttle , get a second reading with some drip of oïl in the cylinder spark plug hole. you should have minimum 140 psi .
if he did not let it warm up before he rode, it could have cold seized
He let it warm up for about 5 minutes
