I noticed while replacing my seals on my 86 lt250r that my clutch basket has TEETH not just grooves. Obvisously need a new basket, Internet searching here I come! PROBLEM there is none! The only ones I've found are on motorsport and cheap cycle parts .com but both of those sites the picture shows that it includes everything springs basket etc, and there 200 and 300 bucks

Hey if u u have a manual for the 85 86 I will pay u shipping if u can copy it and send it though mail
I had got the manual as a free PDF download off everything2stroke. Just try googling it and it should come up:)
not sure if the 85/86 is the same but the hub bolt is like a 27mm if i remember correctly. either get a gear jammer or use a coin to keep the motor from turning over while you take apart/reassemble every thing. be careful with the clutch spring bolts they like to break off in the hub if you give them just a little to much tension. if you don't have a clutch holder you will need to get one. other than that it's really not to bad of a project.
