After 2 days of exchanging small talk, I was like 'Hey get me together a total for shippin my engine back (just one right now)' and he was like 'Ok $50 should cover it' Sunday I got the money sent, I was told it would ship at the first of the week.
We shall see tomorrow or Saturday. FedEx down here is sometimes known to be a day late.

Glad you got stuff back. The guy won't even offer to ship me the brand new parts i paid for. He can't even prove he has the parts. He has a rude awakening coming.
After talking with paypal and submitting my claim. Turns out his account was terminated because people were disputing him. Guy still claims i never sent him money even though i have paypal records showing i did.

After going back through my records it turns out that I needed to replace the missing head anyway because it had a tappet cover busted off in it. So I did get all my parts!! And a VERY NICE surprise with the piston/ring set I had bought!!!

I called his local Sheriffs today. Tried seeing if i could get help there before filling out the final paper work in my state. Talked to the deputy. Not the Sheriff.
Maybe they can give Matt a kick in the ass and he can finish the one motor before i really do press charges and take him to court. Which he WOULD be mandated to come to New York after talking to the detective here in New York.
If anyone here is on talking terms with Matt. You can feel free to show him that post. If he wants to save time and money. He can just contact me and get me progress on the one motor, Or he can send me the piston/rings/seals/bearings/gaskets i paid for along with my 3 motors. I will pay shipping. But i will not accept parts that aren't mine or the parts he claimed was mine that are all torn down and RUSTED solid.

I sent him the incorrect head out the Monday after I got mine on Thursday. Haven't heard from that POS since, my dispute is still open with my bank but should be closed soon. Ill be posting an add on Craigslist in clarkson and Louisville warning people about him.

Well Matt is monitoring this forum he just unblocked me on facebook and tried to accuse me of damaging the head I sent him 2 weeks ago. He also tried to claim that those Craigslist ads aren't his. He's such a lying pos!!

So he has time to monitor this thread. But not contact people that he owes parts to? I'm still trying to be nice about this. The detective i talked to said i have more than enough evidence to take serious actions. I told him i wanted to contact his local police department to see if he would do good on the one motor before putting such records on his file. He advised me that sometimes its better just to take action. But i said still said i would like to contact the clarkson pd, because in all honesty. I was in a bad place once too. People gave me some space and let me make things right. I hope he will make things right before i have to have the court system make things right.
His call though. Either way i will be getting compensation............
