He told me he was getting a new number in his words

I will post my new number tomarrow if it is on

That's was from last night he never sent me the number today so not sure if he got it or not.

Anyone have any positive updates?

He told me he would give me a picture of all 3 totes he has of mine.Showing all my parts. So i know he still has them. He said he would have the pictures today (Friday). He lives where he works. So if he can't even provide a simple picture by today, then something is obviously wrong.

Wednesday early morning (1:44 am to be exact) I was told my cylinder head was done and would be sent out this week. Yesterday I was told he was gonna try to make it to FedEx. Still no tracking number or confirmation that it shipped.

K well its now almost time for me to sleep. Still no contact from Matt like he promised. No picture of my stuff. I guess its a five man job to take pictures, sucks being short handed.

Well I can tell you my cylinder head that on Wednesday "was going out this week so go ahead and send the incorrect one I sent you back" didn't leave Clarkson KY. If I wasn't spending tomorrow at kings island and sky diving Sunday I'd just drive down and get it this weekend. Oh well guess I'll wait a little longer.

Talked to Matt yesterday told me he's been getting wisdom teeth out. I asked if he was gonna get my cylinder head out this week so I could get it cut for o rings locally and if I was going to have to pay for that twice since I paid him to do it and now will have to pay a local machine shop to do it. No reply to my questions.

Hey another excuse! Same song and dance.

He promised me pictures....PICTURES, he lives where he works. He promised me pictures by the past friday, that gave him 4 days to get me pictures of my stuff. Yet still couldn't come through.

He mus of had 8 or more wisdom teeth pulled the past 5 days. Other wise there is no excuse.

All Yall's situations suck---hay southern guys, did I say that right. I lived 2 years in tennesse but I forgot how to speak southern. ( or even properly spell tennessee now).

Alright guys, I think its time to start a new thread, keep it on topic. Only post items owed to you, as well as the situation of whats owed, and the whole story you have been dealing with.

He contacts certain people, and leaves others in the dark. He can't even provide a picture. I am now seeking the legal route. He took the motors from my property in New York when the deal was made. I have a strong case that would more than likely require him to be mandated to New York court hearings if i do press the matter.

They were saying something about that to me and Im in PA.
But the sheriff said we had to wait until Wednesday to pursue because his mother told him (the sheriff) that she and Matt will be shipping everything out within 1 week. I know I didn't even hear any updates from Matt, I cant even tell you exactly when (w/o checking facebook) I talked to matt last because he will not respond to me. Tomorrow we are following up with the sheriff no more waiting.

I'm done waiting to. If you believers out there are ok with being lied to and having empty promises on shipping dates thats fine. I myself, will not be led on a wild goose hunt again. He told me one month back in March, i gave him more time every time he said he needed it. I even sat back and waited and gave him time to just come up with pictures.

I don't care what hes going through. He has time to pick up chitty looking muscle cars and trailer them home. He can find an hour a day to ship out items out, and excuse my language. But this guy is a real piece of work.

I have no idea what hes doing with payments, He claims he ordered my piston/rings/gaskets/main bearings/seals with the money. Yet still can't provide a picture of it, nor pictures of my motors there.

When i said i would send him money to send back 3 totes, he told me it was 50$ a tote, and wanted me to send a money order. When i said no i want to be covered and use paypal. He told me he can't use paypal. GEEEEE, i wonder why. Paypal may not always cover you, but i was going to use a credit card incase my motors didn't show up i could dispute the charge for a cash back.

Either way, more and more people are getting fed up with the lies. Two other members said they are contacting his local police department. I hope they do. If more people talk to the Sheriff they will understand the problem is much bigger than 1-2 guys waiting for stuff.
