i have my head and jug at matts 87 lt250r i gave hims a whole set of newway valve cutters for 60's porches as trade for the work and after that i still owed him 350 or so bucks i haven't heard from him in weeks ive tried calling him multiple times emailed him twice and have sent well over 100 fb messsages im getting worried very worried

Look we all know life can get tough. No one is saying he's not dealing with some hard times right now. But what about before his *hard times*. I mean this seems to be a theme here. Even before i let him take my 3 motors i heard stories about him taking long periods of time and saying he would ship something out a certain time frame and not doing it. But i took my chance because he hand delivered two machines from Ky to NY.
I have talked to more than 6 other members on facebook who also cannot contact him , and have thousands of dollars worth of parts/motors/money there.
It sucks that all of this is happening. Because i really do believe he is a good guy and means well. But maybe this type of business isn't right for him. I have seen many people run perfectly fine stores when it was local only. Soon as shipping got involved i seen stores turn into rat holes. Something about having to ship so much each day makes people lag behind to a point where they owe so many people packages.
But blaming everything on his wife seems a bit far fetched. I know he didn't blame her to my knowledge it seems some of you think it was her ruining his business when that is asinine.
I left a voice mail yesterday. Told him to contact me at my home phone or facebook. Still have not received either. This is seriously getting old. Think it may be time to accept i lost 3 motors and around 200$ for piston rings and gaskets.

Hes had my motors since Oct 2011. Some of you know i had my accident in oct 2011. I was air lifted to the hospital. I was in icu for 4 days. So i couldn't pay him right away for the work. He was understanding since i had hospital bills to pay and had around 4 months of rehab. So he said when i had the money just pay him.
I paid March 26th. ( i was cleared to ride again a little before then) He told me it would take one month to get it done. I have heard from his twice since then and i had to blow up his facebook in order to even hear from him.
To be honest i would take all my parts back and my money and be done with him. Either way i am done with him. IceRacer took much better care of me. Answering my text every time is sent him one. Explaining everything he was doing to my motor. Even drove it down to me and shot some bullshit for a bit. Super nice guy. I hope he still does work i will be using him next time. -

3.5 hour drive from me to him. I need to make the trip to pick up something too. I'll let you guys know before I head that way.

It's not like he's holding the parts hostage, he just isn't getting them shipped out. I would appreciate it if one of you two could get my stuff and I'd pay for the shipping materials and all to get it all back here in the dirty south

Still no call back or any effort to contact me after leaving a voice mail. This time they can't say i never called because i actually got a chance to leave a message.
Has anyone been able to contact him the past month? I have not been able to.

I've been in communication with him for the last month pretty regularly but I'm guessing that's mainly because I was the first one to make a lot of noise about the issues going on.

Its getting to the point where i will print all my messages,e-mails,paypal statements. Will have to go through my local police department and file a theft claim and have them get in contact with his local PD.
Theres no excuse why he can't simply contact me after leaving my name,number, and a short message of what he has of mine. Its like hes scared to answer the phone.

Talked to the Kentucky state cop today. We are calling PA state police tomorrow. We have few options and talking with them tomorrow will narrow down what will need to be done. Will have more info tomorrow.
I think that is a load of BS Zach. I hope im wrong but he's lied to us all more than once why wouldn't he do it again!! -

It appears he only communicates with certain people on the phone, phone messages or emails. Does he also keep the door to his shop locked and only let certain people in to drop off or pick work for him to do? You have to communicate with prospective and past customers to stay busy no matter how busy you are at the present time.
Does his Paypal account still accepts prepayments for parts and services?
I have found that the one call you almost did not return could have been a missed opportunity of a life time or a very good customer. No communication.....no new work. No new work ........your business is just another failed business for the record books.
I was very busy and thought that the guys that left a phone message was just another window shopper. I almost did not return the call. We built enough product in four years and the profit from those products paid for the land and the 5000 square foot building where we still conduct our business. Commercial real estate is not cheap in big cities.

A lot of liars out there then. I talked to a few people now not happy with the way hes handled them. Some can't get a hold of him period. Like me. If hes going to sit there and call people liars. Maybe we start a thread for all the people he lied to. We can post conversations e-mails whatever we have. Because i kept every e-mail every paypal statement. Every facebook conversation.
He came on and sure enough was fast enough to reply to me when i needed to send money for the piston/rings/gaskets. When i finally paid i stopped seeing him come on and i can never reach him.
Also i feel bad as i suggested other people to send him work after i bought the hybrid quadzilla and tri-z 250 off him. Now people i suggested him to have parts and money with him and they can't reach him. -

tyler: Everything is true, I mean I know people are pissed and I'm sure we'll lose tons of business. But man she handled everything wrong. I ain't nothin special but I've solved some of the problems going on. And no motors have been lost or sold, Yeah Tiffany was good at lying about that. One day she sold some parts and didn't mention it to me or dad and we found out 2 weeks later after it screwed the account up. Everything is here fine and dandy. That's a promise
that's just abit of what we were talking about either this kid is lieing to me flat out or he is telling the truth and he is the one that got my part shipped out today right after i asked for it back yesterday. its for you guys to decide im gonna keep digging around and get more info about this whole chit pile we got going on
