ltz400 only idles

• i parked the bike running with no problem and now if you hit the gas it dies...only idles
  
  good gas
  has spark
  clean carb
  low low low hours on engine
  wtf!

• Is it an electronic issue?  A banshee I had did that and it was because of the TORS on it.
