Anyone know what brand of pipe this is for the lt80?
I don't know, but if it is for sale i would be very interested.
I would say it's stock bc of the seams.
Emann this is stock and Meangreen it's apparently an old model DG but I'm not 100% trusting that.

I been trying to get old LRD exhaust for my kids LT80, I was told that was best, next was to just stay stock.
Trinity pipes come out at an angle similar to that. Here's an old pic of mine with a chrome Trinity pipe. It's very similar to the pipe above, but maybe not the exact same. It could be a difference in how long ago it was manufactured. Sometimes pipe companies will make subtle differences without calling it a new model number.
One thing I notice different from my trinity to the pipe in question is that the pipe in question appears to be a stamped pipe where as my Trinity is a hand coned. Also, the neck on mine where it welds to the silencer isn't as long.
As an FYI, I've always heard the Trinity pipe, while very loud, is one of the few pipes that will give a performance gain over stock. But it was not good quality when I bought mine. We had to cut and reweld the mounting bracket because it was not even close to fitting. We also had to trim the stinger on the inside of the pipe. There was a huge lip that I was told would hurt performance and cause a hot spot. At the end of the day with the mods we did, it turned out really nice though. Definitely wakes up the neighbors though!
If I had the time and money, and alot of members interest I would love to make a LT80 pipe, but where would you start, Screw low, Mid and High? work off of a stock quad?

Mitch, that would be cool to see a good pipe for the LT80. I have already spent more on my 80 than I probably should have, and my kids are almost outgrown it, so I probably wouldn't be in the market for an 80 pipe. But, if I had an opinion on a new pipe coming on the market fo this bike, I'd say forget the low end. With a CV transmission, builders have a unique opportunity to focus on a smaller RPM range. Half the mods to make these go quick are done to the clutches and timing of the CV gearing system. My opinion would be that since kids outgrow these bikes quickly, most people would want to extend the use of the bike meaning building it wider and with more power. When the clutches don't grab until higher RPM's and the CV pulleys don't gear it faster until higher RPM's, the low end really doesn't matter since the motor is never in those RPMs when you're moving.
An ideal pipe in my opinion would be one that worked well for a modified engine that's designed to run in the higher RPM's, and can still stay SOMEWHAT quiet if possible. The Trinity pipe is a pretty good pipe, but it sure is loud! If a new pipe was made with great top end and was quieter than the Trinity, I'd be tempted to upgrade mine. (Even though my youngest kid will probably only be riding this bike for another year or so, I'll probably always keep my bike for nephews and nieces.)

I am in the same boat, all my kids have out grown the LT80, went through 3 kids, damn good deal, I feel bad that I dropped so mush coin on it last year, didnt know my daughter would shoot up damn near 6" ( ALL LEG) and can fit on teh LT80 any more, looking for Z400 for here
