It also says on Paypal it was shipped in a large flat rate box and a cylinder, head and carb won't fit in a large flat rate box.

So just got a call from Matt my parts haven't even shipped yet I've been lied to twice by Tiffany saying my parts went out last Friday then they went out Tuesday and now Matt tells me they haven't gone out and likely won't for another few days at the most. What a nightmare this is when I'm planning on racing next weekend and took time off work next week to test everything and do all my heat cycles and break in.

That really blows....
Being told about a firm delivery date, prepping for a race, then learning the parts aren't ready ... Oh man and not being updated as to the later delivery! Inexcusable.

Inexcusable, I can cut people slack but if they tell me it has shipped and go to the effort to provide a tracking number on an uninsured never shipped item-----well---I would have to make the assumption that is beyond incompetence, I would assume intentional deceit----=I would stay away from deception with a 10 foot pole regardless of quality work. I feel your pain and hope everything runs great. Matt may or may not even be aware of all this......if not he should be.
I just had my first experience getting stiffed buy an e bay seller. I purchased some yfz450 shocks for my rappy. I paid seller and never heard another word nor ever received the product. Pay Pal/ebay was quick and wonderful to issue me a full refund. I wish it was that easy for you buckeye.

Matt was unaware I was told about the parts going out. Super nice guy and I don't blame him he was clueless and had been lied to regarding my communications with Tiffany. He was informed I had been calling an texting daily hassling her about every little detail when in fact over the course of two and a half months I only asked for status updates on the work being done once ever two to three weeks until I was told three weeks ago it should be done within a week which turned into another week and then another. It seems like she is overwhelmed with the business and customer service side of things and doesn't know how to effectively communicate to Matt or his customers. It's sad really Matt is a super nice guy and was completely empathetic to the misinformation I was fed. I don't fault him but really if your allowing someone to have control over customer communication it needs to be your job to ensure accuracy or hire someone who is capable of completing that portion of the business.
Motoman there's a brotherhood field drag next weekend I'm not sure of the location my dad and brother know where it is I was just gonna show up and give the zilla some shake down runs to use that meet as a measuring stick and tuning experience.

Something along those lines. I haven't called them until today, not once, and before the last few weeks when every week I was being told my parts should be done this week, I only texted once ever 1 to 3 weeks if that. I can screen shot the text history it's really pretty funny after all this "your stuff should be done this week, no I meant this week no I meant next week" crap I didn't lose my patience until this week after 2.5 months and the run around basically for almost a month now. And when I was invoiced for the work last Wednesday I paid the invoice in full within about 2 hours of receiving it (only because I was at work). Then it didn't ship Thursday and I was told on Thursday night it would go out tomorrow (being last Friday). Now here it is you've had payment in full for the work for a week now and my parts still aren't in transit to me.

Damn Bud you I hate to say it me being a mod for his site and all, but I'm kind of going through the same thing but Im just gonna be paitent about it even though it was supposed to be done for memorial day it was not even close.
I've talked to Matt many times over phone guy seems like he would give ya the shirt off his back, but tiffany was really nice and helpful then I bought some parts from their salvage yard and paid in full really quickly and every day I texted her seeing if she got them shipped. Nope tomorow. I still dont have all my parts. Let alone my swingarm being built and top end but that I completley understand on because he is absolutley burried in work.
I really do like matt and his work but the shipping and communication is becoming a little bit of a problem for me too, I really do hate to say it.

Dangerous sorry to hear you're dealin with it too. I agree Matt is a super nice guy and I was so patient up until I was getting told my stuff was done or would be done in a week. Now it's close to 4 weeks since I was told my stuff would be done and its now paid for and still not in route to me. My patience at this point is gone if she thought me texting once every couple weeks was a lot she's really gonna hate when I start calling every 5 minutes from 5 different phone numbers (gotta love lots of work lines). If I didn't have my sons second birthday Saturday and getting my marriage license tomorrow and other errands and dr appointments I'd drive down there and get my parts myself its only 6 hours round trip. I'd also take a little time to coach Tiffany on customer service and communication as it pertains to a successful business plan.

Cunningham you're correct my man and I'm learning my lesson the hard way. I just want my parts is all so I can finish building my bike and get it running. I don't have a lot of doubt that Matt's work will be good and maybe in the end I'll look back and say this last few weeks of stress and worry about getting my parts back in a timely manner was worth the money saved. Right now it doesn't seem that way maybe when my parts are in my hands my mind might change. I chose a builder based on price because it wasn't my wallet taking the burden of paying for it. Next time I build a bike trust my parts will go to likely Jerry or Carl. And I look forward to hopefully making a trip up to south western pa and getting my ass handed to me by your zilla on the strip! Lol

You don't have to travel that far to get your ass handed to you by a 500. I'm only like 15 minutes away hahaha.
