Thanks for the ideas Brian and Chuck I'll pull it apart next time I'm at our barn.
My kicker was sloppy even after the rebuild kit so I added an extra thick o-ring and it worked good but it's starting to get a little sloppy again.
new kickers dont last long either, mine is starting to vibrate a little when bike is running. no chatter yet.
maybe a new o-ring can fix it.
