swing arm linkage install

• Is there a certain order or way to put the swing arm and linkage on.what's the best and easiest way to get it together.I've tried a bunch of times and the eccentric is always upside down.thanks

• I did search it and results I got never gave an order on how to do it.I always do the search first so I don't have to wait for replys. But thanks for the link.

• some times it's tricky on here, the search is a little dysfunctional.
  
  this comes under cushion lever, a little ways down.
