« on: June 25, 2014, 08:47:30 pm »
Looking for a hybrid pipe for an LT500R in a TRX250r frame. Also info on the Aaen hybrid pipe. I have an LED on my Zilla now looking for a similar pipe for my hybrid.

I know Jerry will make you one but he'll want your frame to build it.

We had someone on here awhile back that had a 500/trx hybrid.

No pics?

Arlan at LED will build one as well, went and saw him earlier this week. Was hoping to get lucky and find a used set up for half the price. Maxxh20 had a hybrid, I have bought some of his parts, no pics yet have not started the build yet. I just finished another build cr500/trx. Spent a week at Winchester Bay with it and love it.

Thanks,

It vibrates, tapped out fifth gear she buzzes pretty good. But with that said, in my opinion,it is nowhere near as bad as all the stories you here or read.I had this at Winchester Bay for a week, I rode it every day, I also had my Zilla my TRX250R and my CR500AFC, I rode this one 80% of the time I was there. Not once did I want to go back to camp or not ride it because of the vibration, my hands did not go numb, parts were not falling off all things you hear about associated with this build. I had two issues the entire week, broke my air filter mount and one silencer mount both will be rubber mounted. Long term results are yet to be seen but right now after a week of riding it I love it, it is a low end torque monster now my Zilla is definitely faster, thank you Jerry Hall, but in the end glad i built it. Cant wait to move the Zilla motor over to a TRX frame.

I saw this not sure how it worked long term have not seen or heard from him in a long time. Thank you consent decree, have to believe Honda would have produced a counterbalanced TRX500r quad.
