New member, bike almost finished
« on: November 20, 2014, 09:32:55 pm »
Hello everyone, nice to be part of a dedicated fan base. Thought I would say a little about my machine.

I have an 87 Zilla serial# in the 500s. I did a tear down of the bike 8 years ago, everything either powder coated or plated And the bike sat because of well, life. Just got the thing rolled out a week ago and finishing up the motor side with Q. I'll post some pictures soon. It should have its first trip this thanksgiving at glamis.

Frame- candy purple
Arms-silver metallic Swiss cheesed
Tcs suspension
+2 swing/durablue eliminator axle
All new silver plastic cut and trimmed/carbon hood
Lone star anti vibe stem

Motor
Q 540 HRD, with all the goodies

So excited to finally roll it out for its maiden voyage and equally as excited to be on the site.

Have a good holidays!

I should be out there around that time. I bought a big section of land on the eastern side of the first canal, so I will be out there every other weekend this year until the project is finished. I am sure Ill be at the dunes that weekend, the bike will be with me but Ill have the wife and will be spending a lot of the time in the car.......... You guys will have to tell me where y'all camp so I can officially meet everyone.

I think Chrisg has his bike now.

Not this one the okey bike.

Nice bike, bad builder.
life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sidays totally worn out shouting "HOLY SH*T...WHAT A RIDE!"

Sorry you don't care for him. Has he done a bad build for you? I've had nothing but the best and fastest stuff when he's had his hands on it, to be honest this is super off topic so never mind.
