I was very excited about it! It should be a fun bike to play with. I just picked up and LRD pipe for it. I think that is all I am going to change at the moment.

I shoot both the 870 and 1100. I love the guns and gauge!  I have a Winchester M12 in one as well.  Great upland guns.

If you have the stock PJ carb you will want to go to a larger Pwk at the least 36. Trx's want to breathe especially with a pipe.

So if I plan on running the LRD, I should now be looking for a bigger carb? I have a PJ38. Is that too big? I am assuming if I use it, I will need a different intake. Similar to what was needed to run a TM38 on my lt250r?

Iirc you will need a new intake boot for the 38pj. Take the stock carb an sell it to a blaster owner

A PJ38 will fit in a stock LT250R intake so I bet it'll fit in a stock TRX intake too. Or maybe find a CR250 intake. Don't those fit the ATC and TRX's? The PJ38 is a good carb. Kinda finicky but a good carb. I have a quad vent PJ for my zuki I'm waiting for summer to get here so I can try it out

Im running a cr intake on the wifes, but i had to fabricate a shim for the front of the intake b/c the cr boot is not straight. and will interfere with the frame
I make carbon case savers, and sprocket covers for a bunch of crazies that own ancient bikes, Wait, I have an ancient LT250 too!!!

we wont know till it gets closer to april.
life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sidays totally worn out shouting "HOLY SH*T...WHAT A RIDE!"
