Is that brake rotor coated in any way?  I got a similar looking rotor from jl custom. The rotor looks good but I suspect it will rust.  Chrome would look nice but i suspect would hinder brake performance,  Just wondering how to keep a rotor rust free and add some shine or color.  I kind of want my sproket and rotor a gold or bras color.  Any ideas?
