If you want shiny new bolts this is the kit most guys are using now  http://www.ebay.com/itm/SPECBOLT-220pc-BOLT-KIT-SUZUKI-LT250R-LT500R-QUADZILLA-/390283065156?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_100&hash=item5adeaef744&vxp=mtr They are grade 10, zinc plated. I would still use anti-seize, but I haven't heard of anybody having problems with the bolts stripping or breaking. I have stripped and broke a few stainless clutch and mag cover bolts  :'(
