Ken...what's up man?
Where you been hiding out?

It really sucked that trip out, even your footprints had razorbacks LOL
I never took you guys out to the big dunes because when the little stuff is that bad, the big stuff is outright dangerous and not fun at all.
The big dunes get witches eyes and with the speed needed to crest them you don't have enough time to avoid them on the other side.
Since we had a mixed group of experienced and inexperienced riders I elected to stay clear of them.
We mostly rode through trails and the little stuff that usually doesn't get as bad due to wind blocks and vegetation.
The good thing is that even when they're rough, the bowls in the big dunes are still fun to carve out...just hard to get to.
If you want to know where they're at, I'll try to explain...
They're just south of the pipeline and northwest of where the drag strip and pay parking is at.
No good hill climbs like Glamis in Kermit, though a few are over 100ft tall, it's nothing compared to olds.

Based upon my experiences I would say those pics you posted should be flipped. Waynoka with big ones and Kermit with little hills....

But if say there big dunes in kermit Well if that's the case, awesome.  I have never seen big dunes at Kermit.....  I went a few times in college when at tech and we rode a few times when you weren't there the last trip.   That was the impression I got was no big dunes at Kermit.  And the only drawback about kermit.  If Kermit has big dunes then ill never bother going anywhere else again!!!    w+
