It's bigger than LS, but smaller than Glamis.
Not so much about the actual acreage, but the fact that Kermit has LOTS of trails mixed in with the dunes makes for a different ride every time.
Since there's hardly anyone out there, it also feels a lot bigger too.
There's a good drag strip there now (not maintained daily or anything, but it stays pretty smooth), and there's the pipeline which is similar to the sand highway with bigger dunes and not quite as many whoops.
The perimeter trail is about 17 miles long, and if you stop to dune along the way you can easily hit reserve.
