Yea most of the Debore 200 class bikes had thicker cylinders. Kawasaki debored and destroked the tecates though I think.

If you put a throttle stop on top of the slide it would probably be best. Keeps the kid from backing the governor screw out the back of a throttle housing lol

Look at the stock KFX/LT 80 throttle stops and the ATC90/110 throttle stops if the kids not mechanically inclined then the ATC style stop would work
