I will pull the flywheel again and check the stator. And also the coil. Thought it was odd the coil cable shocked me from the boot without a plug when I pulled the cord. Never had that happen before.
I will also check the crank seals again. Kind of weird I'm getting 90 psi compression and could still have a bad seal, but it's worth checking.
I can't imagine it could be a bad carb. There are just not to many things that could go bad in it. I have the float level set to spec and the jets and needle/ seat are glean and un obstructed. I'll check again.
Thanks for looking and finding compression info. I wasn't having any luck.
