You planning on having it ported? With a Q pipe and bigger carb I'd think you should have the ports opened up a bit. You planning on running stock air box or air box eliminator?

Porting is a option and yes to the air box eliminator. which is better the q 2.0 or hrp 19 pipe?

Q, has a bad rep here. Not saying he doesn't do some good work, but he has left a terrible impression on a large part of this forum. Mostly terrible customer service and BS. Anyway, Jerry Hall has a great rep and his bikes are king right now. He is Motorgeek here, just send him a PM.

Send your head to Hall's have it cut for O-rings and the chamber re-cut to give about 14/1 compression, run that good gas, find a LRD lowboy pipe, (hard to find) ......LEAVE THE REST ALONE.  Gear it up a bit,  It will be a torque monster and a blast to ride.

Depending on the head mod and if you get porting, running race fuel is just wasting money.
