its almost impossible for the bolt to back out, it is reverse threads so it should not move.you either got a bad seal or a worn impeller shaft. but the rubber coated washer can be bad also. when you take it apart check washer and put a dab of rtv on it and then put it back on.this might help your leak
Well I have seen it happen a hand full of times. The zilla I just bought had this problem the impeller started chewing up the cover and the bolt was almost all the way backed out. I have seen this on other ATVs and dirtbike as well. Reverse threads help prevent this but it isn't full proof. That is why the manual calls for lock tight.
