the other issue i see is that if you are riding behind someone you will suck in a lot of dirt but that depends on what you are riding on.
ram air set ups also pressurize the air box at speed so the air box would have to be sealed.
if you want to give it a shot i would say do it, i doubt many have tried this set up so you dont truly know if it works or not.
