no manual how much gear oil is recommended?
« on: October 21, 2013, 08:24:23 am »
Searches and couldn't find the answer.  I don't have an owner manual for my 87 lt500.  Decided to change the fluids out but don't know the capacities.   Anyone have that info available?  I need to know how much gear oil to put in the transmission.

It says right by the oil cap.  800 or 1000ml i cant remember.  also, there is a Philips screw that you can loosen and once the oil starts coming out of it, it's full.
