So what is a good tubing to get to replace all my fuel lines and where can you find it?

I use the yellow fuel line you can get from Napa. Not sure what its made of or what its called but i've never had it gummy up or harden and its still clear enough you can see through it and its bright yellow

It also looks SWEET as vent line

Isn't stock black tubing though?

The bigger line is 3/8" (the 4 main vents) the smaller (bottom/bowl vent) is 1/4"

I cant wait to get this on my tofiddeh

Stock fuel line is black. With a red line on one side and a gray line on the other, if it's what I think it is.

Stock carb vent lines are clear....pink.

oregon fuel hose from the local honda dealer. you can get it on mcmaster carr also. tygon fuel hose.

I run the Oregon Tygon on my 650 motorcycle. I have to replace it every season. It gets milky colored and hard. It might be from winter blend pump gas we get up here. No fuel line really holds up in this region. Unless you go non-permiable emissions line. But the Tygon works good with race fuel for me.

I have been using the clear vinyl hose that comes with the replacement radiator overflow jugs from the auto parts stores. It does harden over time but I replace mine every other season.

The bright green/yellowish Tygon (F-4040-A) holds up to ALL fuels, way better than stock fuel lines.
It hasn't hardened, discolored, ****, stretched out around fittings, or gummed up in the 10+ years I've been buying it.
Use it for avgas, pump gas, oil, brake fluid, hydraulic fluid, ATV, etc. without any problems.
Stock fuel lines don't last long in desert conditions, they harden up to the point you could probably use them for drill bits.

Haven't had any luck with Tygon clear tubing, or any clear tubing for that matter.
Tygon is a brand name, so just because it's Tygon doesn't mean it's the right composition.

Agreed Cliffy. Right hose for the right job. But I bet you don't have the blend of fuel we see up here in the winter. Up here the typical snow blower has a lot of alcohol in the fuel and the operator.

1/4" ID main line 5/32 vent tube is what I bought it fits snugly on the petcock and main fuel port in the carb the smaller tubing fits snug on all vents and my tranny vent too. 1/4" also fits my coolant overflow bottle.

I,ve just been using the clear **** on my quads and snowmobiles.It gets hot up here but not desert hot.The clear stuff does harden up a bit but that just helps keep its form.lol........I will say some of the pinkish tinged fuel line(more rubberish)I avoid like the plague.Stuff doesn,t hold up at all.
