Ok, so im gonna lightly sand the areas where the case halves meet, clean the surfaces on cylinder and cases with rubbing alcohol, let dry, then use a little ultra grey and the afm gasket. That sound right to you guys?
Thanks for the replies, im being a lot more meticulous with this quad than on prevoius top ends ive done on blasters, banshees and 250r s. Ive never had problems with prevoius top ends, just trying to cover all the zilla weak spots before I go and hammer on this thing.
