Well I copied several posts when I found them useful.  This is what I had saved:

Cylinder: Small reed
Porting: Unknown cleanup port
Bore: 87.5mm
Reeds: V2's
Pipe: Paul Turner
Fuel/oil: Sunoco 110/927 @ 32:1
Air Filter: Stock airbox w/lid and 6 Uni vents, Uni foam filter
Carb: oem Mikuni bored to 41.5
Needle: Stock 6DK3, clip 4th position from top
Main: 460
Pilot: 30
Altitude: 1000'

Cylinder: Big reed
Porting: HRD
Bore: 88mm
Reeds: V2's
Pipe: Q Special
Fuel/oil: Sunoco 110/927 @ 24:1
Air Filter: amsoil
Carb: oem Mikuni bored to 42mm
Needle: Stock 6DK3, clip middle position
Main: 440
Pilot: 35
Altitude: 0 to 1000

Cylinder: big reed
Porting: Unknown, but it runs like something is done
Bore: 86mm
Reeds: V2's
Pipe: Q pipe
Fuel/oil: Sunoco 110/927 @ 24:1
Air Filter: Stock airbox and K&N
Carb: oem Mikuni bored to 42mm
Needle: Stock 6DK3, clip middle
Main: 400
Pilot: 30

Cylinder: Small reed
Porting: T&N "drag" port
Bore: all the way
Reeds: V2's
Pipe: Shearer/Q OOf pipe
Fuel/oil: VP M1 methanol / 927 @ 24:1
Air Filter: 6" K&N with 3 1/2 velocity tube
Carb: Lectron (Packard) 44 bored to 45mm
Needle: PE1 with spooned out tip. Just a hair rich.
Bowl: CP dual inlet bowl
Pump: Mikuni 65lph dual outlet
Powerjet: 1/2-3/4 turned out from shut off
Altitude: Sea level

Cylinder: Small reed
Porting: Tudors Dune Port
Bore: 86.5mm
Reeds: V2's
Pipe: Modded Q Pipe (starts pulling @ 3k rpm)
Fuel/oil: Sunoco 104/927 @ 32:1
Air Filter: Open top aluminum airbox with trx250r 6" Uni Foam filter
Carb: oem Mikuni bored to 42mm
Needle: Stock 6DK3, clip @ top position
Main: 440
Pilot: 35
Altitude: 800'




Before burn down this is what I was running:

Cylinder: Small reed
Porting: HRD
Bore: 87mm
Reeds: V2's
Pipe: HPR#19
Fuel/oil: F&L 111/Dominator @ 40:1
Air Filter: Open intake with 4"x6" Uni Dualy Layer Foam filter & Outerwear
Carb: TM38 Mikuni bored to 41mm
Needle: Stock 6DK3, clip @ 3rd position (Middle)
Main: 600
Pilot: 27.5 / 1 turn out
Altitude: 0-1000'


After my rebuild (next couple days), I'll be starting with the following:

Cylinder: Small reed / resleeved
Porting: HRD/HPR blended
Bore: 86mm
Reeds: V2's
Pipe: HPR#19
Fuel/oil: F&L 111/Dominator @ 40:1
Air Filter: Open intake with 4"x6" Uni Dualy Layer Foam filter & Outerwear
Carb: TM38 Mikuni bored to 41mm
Needle: Stock 6DK3, clip @ 2rd position (richer)
Main: 700
Pilot: 30 / 1.5 turns out
Altitude: 0-1000'
