Gasket measures .016". My squish was .052".

You still did not clarify if your current gasket measures .16 under compression or not.

Do yourself a favor and get both the .18 & the .32.  that way you can adjust as needed and shipping will much cheaper for 2 in one shot VS 1 each time. 

Keep in mind under compression the sizes quoted by Cometic IS NOT the sizes you'll end up with, the .18 will be around .11 (if I remember right) and the .32 will be around .17-.18

watch out, silicone will get eat by gasoline ! i never use sillicone on a 2 stroke. only Three Bond Liquid Gasket 1194...

And neckrofiliak is right don't get the 1211 unless you want it to work and not have any leaks

I've used this stuff for 3 years now and not a single leak, this is the ONLY thing JH uses for cases.   (Y)
