So if I understand it correctly the engine is running short with drawn cold start ?
 have you cleaned the carburetor ?
let the air filter box from now.
or build it into what you want.
you need to tighten the swingarm side somehow .
 I know not remember exactly 's been two years .
but your engine is running too rich anyway !
