That's what I was thinking I'm a machinist for a living and recut the head on a cr 250 that had blown up and only took about 20 minutes to make a print and write a program and run it.it doesn't even cost that much to bore out a cylinder and sleeve it and finish bore it.from what I understand all that is done is shape the squish area to the same profile as the piston and just a matter of taking material off the face to get the squish to around.090 am I right on that bc if I am that's like a20 minute thing.
