Believe it or not its not the MFG cost that is a pain here in making the pipes, its the R/D cost, I would like to keep improving the DCS pipe silencer and might do so down the road, my hats off to all the time and work Jerry Hall puts into his products to keep upgrading,  Q on the other hand is in a pickle, since he is a stamped pipe he is stuck with a templet (Metal Cutting Tool), and a new templet can run anywhere from $2500 to $4000 (out of pocket), that is why the V2 can only be modified in the front and rear section, we compared the V-1 and the V-2 on this back when we did the 1st dyno runs on my quad and Dales.

Good news the project pipe and quad are picked up and modifying the jig is this weekend for the #6, relocating the brackets, Posting for deposits will be this weekend, some more good news, I have talked to Dave Zuskie and he thinking of carrying on the DCS pipe line after this run.
