Jerry, when Bennie did the testing on the DCS-6, he likes to use that O2 Sensor to try to get the A/F correct, we noticed the lower rpm was way lean, tried to adjust with needle clip and pilot but just could not get the A/f right, I think I e mailed you on this, and called Sudco, I was stuck using the OEM needle but went with a R-3 needle jet, clip in 3 rd, 35 pilot, I do think the  richer needle jet was the trick, I myself was blown away that we ended up at 330 main, I a betting on a more agresssive porting that the main would jump up in size, another factor  like to dyno would be to run a 50/50 race -gas due to the 165 compression and see where the numbers go
