ATV Dyno in MD or PA?

Do any members know of a shop with an ATV dyno in the MD or Southern PA area?  I have found a bunch of bike dynos, but none for an ATV yet.

Im not familiar that far south. A friend of mine has one just north of Binghamton NY and another in Brimfield,Mass.
