You should be ok with Shaws so long as you're not terribly worried about having an awesome suspension.
If stock shocks are ok for you, Shaws will be ok too...they just take some adjusting that's a bit more involved than a normal shock (unless you get the coilovers, and then you're adding weight).
If you're looking for an awesome suspension and light shocks, Fox is the only way to go.
