I haven't seen a working one in a long time but I think there's a pin you push down and it goes into a hole and you pull the clutch back and it engages the parking brake and the clutch lever stays back. Then you pull the clutch lever and it releases the brake. Again the last time I saw a working one me and Columbus were packing up the mayflower and we had a few pops !!!
