I believe Burgard Cycle is the only option now.
Lone Star Racing (LSR) use to make A-Arms but I believe they have discontinued them.
Keep an out out on eBay or make a post in the wanted section of this forum.
Good Luck!!

I have something in the works with Laegers for the 250 and possibly the 500. I just need to send mine to them so they can remake their jig. I'm just waiting to get my 250 dialed in a bit closer before I tear it apart again.

Leagers a arms would be amazing. Keep us all updated maybe they can work on a long travel version.

Metaltech makes a arms too. I haven't checked regarding a 250.

i feel your pain, but i have found a few more brands. avengers and full flight are the main ones that i remember but heres the catch. ive heard nothing on the avengers a-arms and idk the price yet, and the full flight ive read have crappy ball joints...and they dont seem to have any in stock or quit making em all togther, i called them today and left a message. also on the burgards site they say out of stock so it seems like we're SOL

btw guys im new to the form in i was hoping you guys could help me find some info on a a-arm swap. ive read on some other form that some z400 will bolt up to the lt250r frame with out much modifing. i was wondering if any of you guys know anything bout it like what year of arms for what year frame, what shock can you run, and how long. i heard the stock z400 arms will extend it +1 so to get +2 you really need +1 or something lol. and this might be the answer to this whole "SOL on lt250r a-arms" problem

Burgard is terrible for customer service. I think Al can make a-arms for us, guess i'll have to call him unless carl chimes in.

I haven't sent them yet. I just got done testing me new motor for the ice season and was thinking of pulling them off tonight to send out. Kinda sucks though, I used one of the questionable stainless bolt kits when I assembled it and now I have to cut a bunch of the A-arm bolts off because the gauled going on.

well i just got off the phone earlier with avenger and burgard cycle both. avengers a-arms are $630 a set for +2/with tie rods and hardware, and the burgard does have them in stock. theyre $450 for the same setup. personally after looking at the avengers alil more i think ill just save up and put in the order for them, unless in the next few weeks i decide ive gotta have em now lol

Ok well it seems like everyone is trying to make some progress on this issue. Has anyone spoken to Hsd racing? they used to make the strong arm series of suspension components. Ive spoken to them once to see about there products and they dont make them an more but im sure if they get enough request it could happen. They also used to sell a swing arm kit with everything shock linkage carrier ect.

Here one of the emails I received from Scott Taylor of Laeger Racing regarding price and versions.

"I would make 2 different versions I think...Our Sport recreation type (like these: http://laegerracing.com/component/virtuemart/15/1/a-arms/sport-series-a-arm-detail?Itemid=0) which are not gusseted and will retail for $675 and a Race which are gusseted (like these: http://laegerracing.com/component/virtuemart/14/1/a-arms/race-a-arms-standard-travel-detail?Itemid=0) and will retail for $765.  Color will be any color requested on the Race versions and the Sport will come in a standard wrinkle black.

The kits will come with 2 upper ball joints and 2 lower ball joints as well as the tie rods.  They will come bolt on ready.  I don't think that we will do a long travel just yet till there is some kind of demand for them so they will use the stock length shocks.  The Sports will come in a +2" (possible a +2"+1") only and the Race will come completely as the end user directs in whatever width and standard or forward location requested.

Cheers!

Wow that sounds very promising now lets get it done LOL. But on serious note that would be a huge step to put LT250R back in the aftermarket market at a reasonable cost for the quality. Great work Gillio

The avenger arms are $600+ and look to have no camber adjustment.  No thanks.  I'm looking into swapping extended z400 arms on my Quadracer and Tecate.

So you want heim joint aarms then. You should specify. They are apples and oranges. I have heims on my tie rods where it matters. I believe replaceing ball joints with heim joints is apples and oranges and should not be confused w the same thing. The avengers use ball joints yes and the stock issues were remedied with the change of angle for the ball joints.  I would never buy heim joint aarms unless the engineering demanded it.

This thread is old as ever but did the lagers arms ever work out. I don't see anything on their site so I wouldn't imagine anything came of this.

Here's Proformances website: http://proformanceprototypes.com/ I had emailed back and fourth with him several years ago and he said he could make whatever. I've just haven't sent any A-arms to him to make jigs, to many other projects.
