lt250 hubs
« on: December 26, 2013, 12:11:02 pm »
Merry Christmas! I hope this finds everyone fat and happy!  Anyway, I am picking up a dura blue +2 axle Saturday for my 1991 lt250r.  The axle was originally for the lt230s and 1985/86 lt250r.  I am going to need a set of rear hubs as I believe this axle is 24 spline where as mine '91 is 26. I emailed Durablue and they stated the axle will work fine, just need different hubs.  I would like to find a set of hubs to put on it that have 4x110bolt pattern (most ideal) or the 5 bolt pattern that fits my 1987 Zilla wheels.  What out there will work? I am looking to pick up set to get over to the powder coaters so they can spray it with my frame. Thanks

Most 87 250 hubs were 24 spline they switched to 26 about halfway through I think. So you can have the 5 bolt 24 spline. BUT yfz450, banshee, and I think blaster are 24 spline and fit good so you could run yami pattern instead.

That would be fine as well, I have a raptor 660 and plenty of tire/wheel combo's for it. I will start my search! Are the Honda 400ex and 450r's 24 spline? Thanks

They will be 5 bolt.
Your correct 400/300ex probably 450r are 24 spline, they are a different "pitch" lets call it of spline.

Their 5 bolt pattern 24 spline for a 87 lt250r. Splines are good . I think one side is missing  3 studs but that is a easy fix. Good condition. Will snap pics. What are you guys offering.
