what are the color names for the 250r the light blue looks like gm engine blue and the dark blue looks like a ford engine blue .
they dont sell the the color any more but true blue is close.
I guess i will just have to try to match it up . The best i can
I just may paint it red to match my ltz frame
Can't go wrong with white!
Or i could do pink . Cause the wife has cancer .
Purple frame, white plastics.. Its a cool combo
Can't go wrong with white!
Except that it gets dirty easily lol.
But pink with yellow plastics would be cool because for cancer.
pink and white looks boss AND is a very optimistic color scheme.
Cancer sucks camal d**k.
CJ you should pm me back..
Thanks chukie25 i think pink and white would be awsome..and cancer does suck .
Pink and white and get some of those breast cancer symbols for the plastics
Take a look at the build pictures link in my signature. It will give you an idea how well Krylon True Blue matches. It also has some comparison of power coat colors.
Thanks nopick. That looks really good and nice . Also did you use a clar coat .

thats the exact color i used. i had a can of the PJ1 Suzuki blue and i sprayed it on a piece of metal and went in to walmart and picked through the colors till i found the cloest match lol
I ended up powder coating the frame. 500 Fanatic painted the engine with automotive paint. I just wanted a color close to the original blue. I think I could paint the odd part with true blue and wouldn't be noticed.
the easiest closest place ive found in a rattle can believe it or not is the krylon blue at walmart.. unless you had a Suzuki blue frame next to it you wouldn't tell a difference its that close
I will check that paint out next tine im in town .
Powdercoated Frame - Same color
Nopick used. I followed his original build.
Spray Paint Motor - True Blue Krlyon Automotive
The paint on the motor is holding up very well.
Im going to use the true blue .
I got the frame, bumpers, engine mount spacers, and rear hubs done in blue by Liberty Powdercoating here in Michigan. IDENTICAL to 19F Champion Blue. Not even a little off. The color code is RAL 5017.
