tubes or slime, but slime is very hard on rims.
i heard that they have a foam out now that you can put in tires, makes them really hard to mount but once you get them
in you are golden, run flat atv tires..

they have tubes that have like 8 seperat tubes in one. you can pop one and never know.

and you can get tubes at tractor supply or rural king. or any place like that.

pretty cheap to, just look for tractor tubes, they will say what size tire they fit.
one tube will fit a few different tire sizes.

It'll eat the rim. I've got a Tri-Z rim that had been slimed and it's so pitted that it's unusable now. I've seen steel rims eaten through as well. Of course these were old rims that had the slime in there for quite a while. But still. I'll never slime a tire. That's for sure

I've never had any luck with slime or fix a flat. If you could get it to seal with them it would only be a band-aid
